The Sutlepa Chapel (1837, Sutlepa village, Noarootsi, Laanemaa), the unique Lutheran church of the barque style, is the oldest building in the museum from the Estonian Swedes area. Traditionally, women sat in the pews to the left of the aisle, men-to the right. .
